Basement + 3 story family living with ground level apartment and greenhouse in rear yard. This is a BIM project. Read about BIM here.

This project was designed and produced in BIM, which allows display of spontaneous 3-dimensional studies.

A garden shed was permitted by the building department to replace an existing one.

Building systems were isolated in the BIM model to create coordination drawings.

The BIM model was used for alternate studies of the rear addition.

The BIM model was an aid in the Landmarks process because it is an accurate representation of the proposed design.
