Renovation to an Upper West Side townhouse to accommodate several generations of the same family. This is the second renovation the firm has completed of a late 19 century townhouse designed by Clarence True.

Townhouse renovation with 5 living floors of 1,000 SF each and a cellar. Features include a full floor dedicated to entertaining, which consists of a ‘cooks’ kitchen, formal dining room and garden room that opens on to the rear yard. The top floor is the master suite. The original architect, Clarence True, designed numerous fine residences on the upper west side. This was one of the first major townhouse renovations north of 96th Street.
