Apartment Renovation

This apartment is in a post-war building and has been passed from parent to child. The new generation is creating a home styled to include the expectations of their children, who will be the 3rd generation of this family to use this apartment. The conventional layout that had a separate kitchen and small master bathroom will feature a new foyer, which it never had, and living, dining, kitchen spaces that form a single open space geared for entertaining. The master bathroom will be enlarged by incorporating circulation space; closet space will be increased and configured for more efficient use. All finishes, fixtures and lighting will be brought up to contemporary standards.
