We designed a weekend retreat for NYC graphic designers on 17 acres. The house occupied the most logical open space with south exposure and had a bridge across the trout stream connecting to their favorite picnic spot, which they discovered before the house was built. The property abuts land owned by a long-term friend. That project is named T-2.
